Every plan is priced per connected machine, per month, and runs month to month. Users are unlimited, hardware is yours once you buy it, and 30 days’ notice ends the plan. The right number depends on your fleet, so we quote it in writing after a walkthrough on your own machines.

What sets your price

Four things, all of them visible in your fleet list.

  • Machines you connect

You pay only for machines that report. Machines already on a manufacturer feed connect with no new hardware.

  • The plan each machine needs

Field, Shop or Command, per machine. Mix plans across the fleet if part of it needs less.

  • Hardware that is missing

Gateways, battery trackers and tags are bought once and owned by you. We fit only what your fleet lacks.

  • Installation and travel

Priced per machine installed. Travel is included anywhere in New Mexico; elsewhere, a flat trip fee is quoted first.

Each plan includes everything in the plan before it.

How you get a price

Three steps, usually inside a week.

  1. Fill in a short form

Tell us roughly how many machines you run and where they work. A fleet list helps, but it can wait.

  2. A 45-minute walkthrough

On video or at your yard, we go through your own machines and what each one needs.

  3. A written quote

Within two business days: plan, hardware, installation and any trip fee, line by line.

What we never charge for

Fees that will not appear on a Gytix invoice.

  • Setup fees

None on Field or Shop. Onboarding is an optional flat fee, and it is included on Command from 25 machines.

  • Per-user fees

Unlimited users on every plan, so every operator, mechanic and superintendent gets a login.

  • Data export

Full export as CSV or through the API, any time, including after you cancel.

  • Cancellation fees

Give 30 days’ notice and the plan ends. No fee, no buyout, no auto-renewal.

  • Device leases

Trackers are bought once and owned by you. There is no monthly hardware rental.

  • Travel in New Mexico

Installation travel anywhere in New Mexico is included. Elsewhere, a flat trip fee is quoted first.

Pricing questions, answered

How is equipment tracking priced?

Per connected machine, per month, on one of three plans: Field for tracking and hours, Shop for maintenance and parts, and Command for dispatch, rentals, fuel and the full API. Trailers and light towers on a battery tracker, tool tags and satellite data are priced per asset, per tag or per gateway. Your written quote adds it up for your fleet.

Why don’t you publish a price list?

Because the right number depends on the fleet: how many machines already report through a manufacturer feed, which ones need hardware, where they work and which plan each one needs. A quote built from your fleet list is more accurate than a list price, and it arrives in writing within two business days of the walkthrough.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No. Every plan runs month to month, and you cancel with 30 days’ notice. There are no auto-renewing multi-year terms and no cancellation fee. You can export your full data history as CSV or through the API at any time, including after you cancel.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. Annual prepay is optional and lowers the yearly total, and month to month stays available on every plan. Your written quote shows both totals side by side, so you can compare them for your own fleet before you choose.

Who owns the tracking hardware?

You do. Gateways, battery trackers and tags are sold outright, never leased, and each one carries a three-year replacement warranty. They stay yours if you cancel. Your quote lists only the devices your fleet is missing, and machines on a manufacturer feed need none.

Do you charge per user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so operators, mechanics, superintendents, the shop lead and the office can each have their own login at no extra cost. Pricing is set per connected machine, per light asset or per tag, never per person.

Are taxes included in the quote?

No. Quotes exclude sales tax, and any tax that applies in your state appears as a separate line on the invoice. Hardware, software and field services can be taxed differently, so ask your accountant how the rules apply to your business.

Is there a trip fee for installation?

Only outside New Mexico. Installation travel is included anywhere in the state. For sites in places such as Midland, El Paso, Phoenix or Durango, we quote a flat trip fee before the visit, so it is on your written quote and never a surprise on the invoice.
