Equipment tracking in Albuquerque

Our shop is here, so metro yards are our shortest trip.

The Sandia ridge glows pink at sunset above the edge of the city, with a small equipment yard in the foreground whose machine shadows all point toward the mountain.
Home base: our shop is a short drive from your yard.

Our field crews, onboarding leads and support team all work from Albuquerque. Contractors here get the shortest trip we make: installs in the yard between shifts, training on the machines your crews run, and an office on Louisiana Boulevard you can visit.

What we do in metro yards

  • Yard and job survey

An onboarding lead walks your yard and active jobs in week one and lists every machine.

  • Installs between shifts

Crews fit gateways at first light or after the last machine parks, so nothing misses a shift.

  • Training at your shop

Operators, mechanics and office staff trained on their own machines, in English or Spanish.

  • Office visits by appointment

Bring your fleet list to 1700 Louisiana Boulevard NE. Email ahead and we set a time.

How we schedule metro work

  • Crews by the week

We schedule crews by the week. Metro yards are the shortest trip on that schedule.

  • Travel included

Installation travel is included across New Mexico, from a Rio Rancho yard to a Belen job.

  • Monsoon afternoons

From July to September, crews finish outdoor installs before storms build over the Sandias.

  • Canyon and mesa signal

Where a canyon or mesa-top job drops signal, the A1 stores 30 days and sends it on reconnect.

Albuquerque questions, answered

Is Gytix based in Albuquerque?

Yes. Our office is at 1700 Louisiana Boulevard NE, Suite 100, Albuquerque, NM 87110, and our field crews, onboarding leads and support team work from here. Support answers Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time, and a person replies to every email within one business day.

How soon can a crew install trackers in an Albuquerque yard?

We schedule crews by the week, and metro yards are the shortest trip we make. Once your fleet list is in, your onboarding lead books the Connect week with you. One crew fits 40 to 60 machines a week, working around your shifts, and every install gets a photo record.

Do you charge travel for installs around Albuquerque?

No. Installation travel is included anywhere in New Mexico, so a yard on the West Mesa pays the same per-machine installation charge as a job in Moriarty or Belen. Outside New Mexico, we quote a flat trip fee before the visit, so the price is known up front.

Can our Albuquerque crews be trained in Spanish?

Yes. Training runs in English or Spanish, on your own machines, at your yard or shop. Operators learn the pre-shift inspection in the app, mechanics learn work orders and the office learns the reports. Onboarding is a flat fee, and extra on-site training days are charged by the day.
