Farm, freight and industry, one board
Tracking for orchards, border freight yards and industrial builds near Las Cruces.

Around Las Cruces, a tree shaker works a Mesilla Valley orchard, a yard tractor shunts trailers in Santa Teresa and an excavator digs footings for a new plant. Each works to its own calendar; Gytix keeps all three on one map.

How we plan southern trips
Crews by the week
We schedule crews by the week and batch Las Cruces, Santa Teresa and Deming yards together.
El Paso trip fee
Installs in New Mexico include travel. El Paso visits carry a flat trip fee, quoted before we go.
Harvest season timing
Orchard installs are booked for the weeks before harvest, so no shaker sits idle waiting on us.
Heat and monsoon
From June to September, crews install at first light and stop when afternoon storms build.

Las Cruces and El Paso questions
Do you install equipment trackers in El Paso?
Yes. El Paso is in our field service area. Because it sits outside New Mexico, we quote a flat trip fee before the visit, then charge the usual per-machine installation rate. Installs in Las Cruces, Santa Teresa, Sunland Park and Deming include travel at no extra charge.
Can Gytix track pecan orchard equipment?
Yes. Tree shakers, sweepers, harvesters and tractors take an A1 gateway that reads engine hours and position, and trailers take a B1 battery tracker. Service plans then follow harvest hours, so shaker services land in the weeks before the season instead of in the middle of it.
Are inspections and training available in Spanish?
Yes. The mobile app, inspection forms and training all work in English and Spanish. Each person picks a language in the app, so a crew can run the walkaround in Spanish while the office reviews the same checklist in English. Onboarding sessions run in whichever language your crew prefers.
Can rented equipment on a large build be tracked with our own machines?
Yes, on the Command plan. Rented excavators, light towers and generators go on the same board as owned machines, with rate, start date and call-off date, so the superintendent sees each call-off the day it is due. Light assets can carry a B1 tracker, billed per asset per month.
