Every rollout follows the same four phases over about four weeks. You know on day one which machines get hardware, who approves the service plans and when your crews see the app. Larger fleets stretch the Connect phase; the four names stay the same.

Four weeks, four phases

Each phase ends with something you can check before the next one starts.

  1. Survey the ground

    Week 1

We walk the yard and jobs, list every machine and tool, gather service records and agree on alerts.

  2. Connect every machine

    Week 2

Crews fit A1 gateways and tags, connect ISO 15143-3 manufacturer feeds, and import history and the asset list.

  3. Tune intervals and alerts

    Week 3

We set service intervals for duty and dust, a geofence per job, alert routing and dispatch rules.

  4. Run the first week

    Week 4

First full week live with daily check-ins, then handover to your team and a review at 30 days.

What each week asks of you

Small, specific asks, mostly in the first two weeks.

  • Your fleet list

Every machine with make, model, serial and hour meter, from whatever spreadsheet you keep today.

  • Yard access in Connect

Machines parked in the yard with keys on hand, so crews can reach every dash.

  • A shop lead’s sign-off

Your shop lead approves service plans and duty factors in Tune week, before anything goes live.

  • Names for every alert

Who gets theft, fault and service-due alerts, so no one person gets all of them.

  • A daily check-in

A short call each morning of Run week with your onboarding lead, to fix what is off.

Who does what, phase by phase

Your onboarding lead owns the plan and stays your named contact for 90 days.

Rollout questions, answered

How long does fleet management software implementation take?

Most rollouts take about four weeks, one week each for Survey, Connect, Tune and Run. Larger fleets stretch the Connect phase, since one installation crew fits 40 to 60 machines a week. Machines that already report through a manufacturer feed connect without hardware, which shortens the work.

How are onboarding and installation priced?

Onboarding and training is a flat fee, and it is included on the Command plan for 25 machines or more. Installation and commissioning is charged per machine installed. Travel is included anywhere in New Mexico; outside New Mexico, a flat trip fee is quoted before the visit. Your written quote shows each figure.

Do machines have to come off the job for installation?

Rarely. An A1 gateway takes 30 to 45 minutes on most machines, so crews work through the yard while the rest of the fleet keeps running. We plan the install order with your superintendents, and machines on remote jobs or leases are fitted on site.

Can our crews be trained in Spanish?

Yes. Training, inspections and the mobile app are available in English and Spanish. During Run week, operators, mechanics and superintendents learn on their own phones and machines, and on-site training days can be booked later for new hires or a new job.

What happens after the first month?

At the 30-day review, your onboarding lead goes through the alerts that fired, the services that came due and any machine still not reporting, then adjusts the rules. They stay your named contact for the first 90 days, and support answers by email from Albuquerque after that.
