Our crews cover a lot of ground, but not every town on every day. Partners fit and service Gytix hardware near their own yards, to the same written installation standard our crews use, with photo sign-off for every machine.

Three ways to partner

Each partner type already has its hands on heavy equipment.

  • Independent installers

Shops that already wire 12 and 24 volt heavy equipment and want installs near their base.

  • Dealer service shops

Service departments that fit trackers while a machine is already in the bay, whatever its brand.

  • Rental yards

Yards that fit trackers on rental units so contractor customers see hours and location in Gytix.

How a partnership works

From first email to your first local job.

  1. Apply by email

Send hello@gytix.com a note with “Partners” in the subject, your towns and the work you do.

  2. A shop visit

We visit your shop, look at past installs and walk through the installation standard together.

  3. Train on our hardware

Your installers fit A1 gateways alongside one of our crews until each install passes sign-off.

  4. Take local work

We send installs in your area to you, priced and scheduled in writing before each job.

The standard every partner follows

The same written standard our own crews use, checked by photo on every machine.

  • Clean power

Power and ground taken where the standard sets for each machine class, with an inline fuse.

  • Sealed connections

Sealed connectors and loom on every joint, because dust and washdown water find bare copper.

  • Protected mounting

Gateway mounted out of sight and sun, harness routed away from heat and pinch points.

  • Photo sign-off

Photos of the mount, power, ground and harness uploaded before the installer leaves the machine.

  • A test report

Position, engine hours and fault codes confirmed reaching the platform, with a test report per machine.

Partner questions, answered

Who can join the Gytix telematics installer partner program?

Independent installers, equipment dealer service shops and rental yards that already work on heavy equipment can apply. Installers need experience with 12 and 24 volt electrical systems, and every partner works to our written installation standard with photo sign-off for every machine.

How are installer partners paid?

Each install job is priced and scheduled in writing before the work starts, so you know the rate per machine and the travel terms up front. Partner rates are not published, because they depend on the area, the machine mix and the type of work.

Where does Gytix need installer partners most?

In towns our crews reach less often, such as far West Texas, eastern Arizona and southern Colorado, and near software customers elsewhere in the United States. Dealer service shops and rental yards are welcome anywhere, because they fit hardware while machines are already in hand.

Can a dealer service shop install trackers on any brand?

Yes. Gytix is brand-neutral, so a partner shop fits A1 gateways on any make that comes through its bays, using the same harness and standard. Machines that already report through a manufacturer feed following ISO 15143-3 need no hardware at all.

Do partners see customer fleet data?

No. Partners see what an install needs: the machine, its serial number, the photos and the test report. They do not see a customer’s hours, locations or costs, and Gytix never sells fleet data or shares it with manufacturers, dealers or lenders.
