We hire people who can read a wiring diagram, a service history or a pull request, then explain it to a superintendent. We do not post job listings. Email hello@gytix.com with “Careers” in the subject and tell us what you do.
The kinds of work here
Four kinds of work, each one close to real machines.
Field installer
Fit gateways and tags on 12 and 24 volt systems, to a written standard with photo sign-off.
Fleet analyst
Staff the managed fleet desk and run right-sizing audits, drawing on hands-on maintenance experience.
Onboarding lead
Own a customer’s rollout from Survey to Run and stay their named contact for 90 days.
Software engineer
Build the platform, the offline mobile app, the API and connectors to manufacturer data feeds.
How we hire
Every step happens by email, on video or in person in Albuquerque.
Send a note
Email hello@gytix.com with “Careers” in the subject, the work you want and what you have done.
A first call
If the work fits, we set up a call about what you have done and what we need.
A hands-on session
Installers wire a harness, analysts read fault history, leads plan a rollout, engineers solve a real problem.
A written offer
Pay, schedule, travel expectations and start date, all in writing before you decide.
What we offer, in practice
Practices we hold to. Pay is set out in each written offer.
Field pay for travel
Time on the road to jobs in the Permian, the Four Corners or Arizona earns field pay.
Paid certification time
Hours spent earning certifications the work calls for, such as electrical training, are paid hours.
Tools provided
Installers get the tools and meters the installation standard calls for. Nobody buys their own crimper.
A written standard
Every install follows the same written standard with photo sign-off, so nobody guesses what good looks like.
